Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery


How to Start a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions

  • The return address

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • If a prepaid return shipping label is provided upon request, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund

  • Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at help@zatsco.com as soon as possible.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used personal care and beauty products

  • Items not in original condition or packaging

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Unopened, unused beauty products in their original sealed packaging may be eligible for return, subject to approval.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different product is to:

  1. Return the eligible item

  2. Place a new order once the return is approved

 

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a European Union country, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

This right applies in addition to the return conditions outlined above.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing typically takes up to 10 business days

  • Bank or card providers may take additional time to post the refund
