Welcome to Zatsco! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Zatsco's website, located at www.zatsco.com. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping to the United States and Canada
We currently ship only within the United States of America and Canada.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@zatsco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Please note that some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. We recommend choosing a physical residential or commercial address for the delivery address if your billing address is a P.O. Box.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item or confirmation of carrier delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at info@zatsco.com. Our team will address your situation and make arrangements for a digital or email shipping label if the return is approved.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us at info@zatsco.com for any questions related to the product or returning a product.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for any products that have been opened, used, or tampered with. Custom-made items are also non-returnable. For hygiene and safety reasons, all personal care and beauty products are final sale. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@zatsco.com.
